This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, and order claims are handled on the Scoop Addict marketplace. By placing an order through Scoop Addict, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and any applicable curator policy displayed with the listing or curator shop.

1. Marketplace Role

Scoop Addict operates as a curated online marketplace connecting customers with independent third-party curators. Products listed on the Platform may be sold, shipped, and fulfilled by independent curators unless otherwise stated.

Scoop Addict does not manufacture, own, store, or ship curator products and is not the seller of record for curator products. Curator are responsible for product quality, listing accuracy, fulfillment, shipping, and honoring their applicable shop policies.

2. Curator Return Policies

Each curator is responsible for setting and honoring its own return, refund, exchange, and replacement policies, provided those policies do not conflict with Scoop Addict’s Terms of Service, this Policy, marketplace rules, or applicable law.

Curatorreturn policies may vary by curator, product, or listing. A curator may choose to accept returns, exchanges, or replacements, or may choose to state that returns or exchanges are not accepted, where permitted by law.

·  Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable curator policy before purchasing.

·  Curator may offer more flexible return, refund, exchange, or replacement options than this Policy.

·  Curator policies may not reduce any customer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

·  If a curator policy is missing, unclear, or conflicts with Scoop Addict’s marketplace rules, Scoop Addict may review the issue and apply this Policy or another reasonable resolution standard.

3. Mystery Product Sales

Due to the nature of mystery scoop products, mystery bundles, and curated mystery-style items, all sales are final unless a curator clearly states otherwise, Scoop Addict approves an exception, or a refund is required by applicable law.

·  Product contents may vary from order to order.

·  Perceived value may differ from customer expectations.

·  Customers may receive duplicate, similar, or less-preferred items unless the curator listing states otherwise.

·  Dissatisfaction with the contents of a mystery-style product does not, by itself, create a valid refund, return, or exchange claim.

4. Issues Eligible for Review

At a minimum, Scoop Addict may review claims involving the following issues, regardless of whether a curator generally accepts returns:

·  Damaged items

·  Defective items

·  Incorrect items

·  Missing items

·  Non-fulfillment or failure to ship

·  Materially misleading listings

·  Other issues required to be reviewed by applicable law or payment processor rules

5. Issues Generally Not Eligible

Unless a curator offers a more generous policy or applicable law requires otherwise, the following issues generally are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or replacement:

·  Change of mind

·  Preference or dissatisfaction with mystery items received

·  Duplicate or similar items in a mystery-style order

·  Perceived value differences

·  Customer expectations not being met

·  Failure to read the product listing, curator policy, or order details before purchase

6. Customer Resolution Process

Customers should first contact the curator through the Platform regarding any order issue. Most issues, including shipping concerns, damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, or order discrepancies, can be resolved more quickly through direct curator communication.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the curator, the customer may escalate the matter to Scoop Addict for review.

·  Claims should be submitted promptly after delivery or expected delivery.

·  Scoop Addict may require order details, photos, packaging photos, tracking records, curator communications, or other documentation.

·  Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim.

·  Customers must not return items unless instructed by the curator or Scoop Addict.

7. Platform Review and Authority

Scoop Addict may review available information, including order records, listing details, curator policies, customer and curator communications, tracking information, delivery records, photographs, and payment records.

After review, Scoop Addict may approve or deny a claim, require curator action, issue a refund or replacement where appropriate, restrict accounts, or take other action consistent with the Terms of Service, Curator Agreement, Curator Policy Manual, and applicable law.

8. Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges

If a refund, replacement, return, or exchange is approved, the available remedy may depend on the applicable curator policy, product type, order status, evidence provided, and applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by the payment processor or applicable law. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider or financial institution.

·  Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by curator error, carrier rules, platform policy, or applicable law.

·  Replacement items may vary when the original item was part of a mystery-style product or curated bundle.

·  Exchanges may not be available for randomized or limited-availability products.

·  Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

9. Order Cancellations

Cancellation availability may vary by curator and order status. Customers should review the applicable curator policy and contact the curator promptly through the Platform if they wish to request cancellation.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, shipping, or curator preparation, cancellation may no longer be available. Scoop Addict and curators are not required to cancel orders once processing has begun unless required by applicable law.

10. Chargebacks and Abuse

Customers are encouraged to contact the curator and, if needed, Scoop Addict before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through the Platform may limit our ability to assist and may be considered in dispute evaluations.

Scoop Addict may provide this Policy, the Terms of Service, curator policies, order confirmations, communications, tracking records, delivery confirmation, photographs, and other relevant information to payment processors, financial institutions, curators, or service providers to respond to chargebacks, disputes, fraud claims, or payment inquiries.

11. Curator Responsibility Disclaimer

By purchasing from Scoop Addict, you acknowledge that curators are independent third parties and that Scoop Addict is not the seller of record for curator products. Scoop Addict facilitates marketplace transactions and may review disputes, but curators remain responsible for their products, listings, fulfillment, shipping, and applicable curator policies.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoop Addict is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from any purchase, curator transaction, product, shipping issue, refund dispute, return, exchange, or use of the Platform.

Scoop Addict’s total liability for any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Policy Updates

Scoop Addict may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date or otherwise made available through the Platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform after an updated Policy is posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
