Scoop Addict is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each curator on our platform manages their own shipping, fulfillment, and delivery timelines. Shipping policies, costs, and estimated delivery times vary by curator and are displayed on each individual listing before purchase.

What to expect

When you place an order on Scoop Addict you are purchasing directly from an independent curator. Your curator is responsible for packing and shipping your order according to the policy displayed on their listing. Shipping costs are set by each curator and calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Each curator sets their own processing time. This is the time between when your order is placed and when it ships. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each listing and at checkout. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Tracking

Most curators provide tracking information once your order ships. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when available. If you have not received tracking information within your curator's stated processing window, contact the curator directly through your order.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

Scoop Addict curators are responsible for orders until they are handed off to the carrier. Once a shipment is in transit, delivery timeframes are subject to carrier conditions. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact your curator first. If the issue is not resolved, contact Scoop Addict support at support@scoopaddict.com.

International shipping

We only ship to US-based customers and only allow US-based curators at this time.

Returns and refunds

Each curator sets their own return and refund policy, displayed on their listing. Because Scoop Addict sells mystery boxes and mystery scoops, many curators do not accept returns on the basis of box contents — the surprise is the product. Review each curator's policy before purchase. If you have a concern about your order, contact your curator directly.
